Las oficinas de médico que logran todos los Diez Pasos del Estado de Nueva York para una Oficina Amigable con la Lactancia Materna serán reconocidas con un Certificado de Designación aparecerán en el sitio web público del Departamento de Salud del Estado de Nueva York. El certificado expira después de cinco años. En ese momento, tendrán que entregar otra post-evaluación y una política actualizada.​​
